“It is the intention that is the important thing – that’s what transforms a walk into pilgrimage.”

– Caro Woods

How the Work Begins

All sessions are held via Zoom, allowing this work to be accessed wherever you are. The journey begins with a single orientation meeting called the Threshold Session. This is a once-only session where we explore what brings you here, introduce the way I work, and discern whether this path feels aligned.

If the work feels right to continue, you will be guided into the Foundational Relational Container. This stage establishes the ground of the work — creating the relational, psychological, and symbolic stability that allows deeper processes to unfold with care and integrity.

Once this foundational stage has been completed, you may choose to continue within a Seasonal Relational Container. These longer arcs of work allow us to remain with the unfolding process over time, respecting the natural rhythms through which insight, integration, and transformation tend to emerge.

Sessions are intentionally spaced. The space between meetings is not simply a pause, but an essential part of the work itself — allowing what arises within the sessions to settle, organise, and integrate into your inner and outer life.

An Overview of the Containers

Before reading the descriptions below, a small note on what you’re about to enter.

What follows is a general map of the containers and the kinds of spaces they are designed to hold. You’ll find an outline of how sessions are typically structured and paced, what may be included between meetings, and some sense of how the work can unfold over time.

This is not a fixed program or a predetermined outcome. The work tends to take the shape it needs to through the relational process itself. What emerges, how quickly it moves, and what becomes meaningful along the way will depend not only on the container we are working within, but also on your willingness to remain present to the process as it unfolds.

The descriptions are offered simply to help you sense the terrain — a map rather than a script — so you can feel whether this kind of work resonates with you.

If you prefer the simplest entry point, the journey begins with the Threshold Session (orientation). From there, if the work feels aligned, I will guide you toward the container that best supports your current season. If you would like the fuller picture first, the container descriptions below offer a deeper look at what this work can involve.

What unfolds within these spaces cannot be entirely predicted. The work deepens over time through relationship, reflection, and a gradual willingness to remain open to the process of becoming.

Threshold Session | Relational Orientation

Relational mediumship is developmental work.
It is not designed as a single-event experience.

The Threshold Session exists as an orientation — a space to determine whether this method is appropriate for you at this time.
This session is not positioned as a complete reading.
It is an initial encounter with the relational field in which this work unfolds.

Together we will:

• Clarify your reason for seeking this work
• Explore the threshold or life transition you are navigating
• Gently introduce the tone and pacing of relational mediumship
• Assess whether a longer container is indicated

This session may include symbolic or mediumistic material if it arises organically. However, it is not structured around performance, proof, or rapid evidential delivery.
The intention is discernment — for both of us.

At the end of the session, I will offer a clear recommendation:

• Foundational Relational Container
• Seasonal Relational Container (for returning clients)
• Referral or alternative support, if more appropriate
This protects the depth and integrity of the work.

Duration: 60 minutes
Fee: $250
Available once only.

Relational mediumship unfolds across time. The Threshold Session determines whether that unfolding is right for you.

Foundational Relational Container

A Developmental Arc in Relational Mediumship

At a Glance:

• Three 90-minute sessions
• Held across approximately 6–8 weeks
• A paced relational process supporting grief, transition, symbolic exploration, and meaningful encounter
• Designed for individuals seeking depth, integration, and psychological steadiness rather than rapid evidential readings
• Investment: $1,200

Relational mediumship unfolds slowly, through relationship, symbolic emergence, and the gradual formation of a shared field of attention.

The Foundational Container is a three-session developmental arc designed to support meaningful encounters with grief, transition, identity change, spiritual maturation, motherhood shifts, or deeper movements within the psyche.

Rather than producing immediate answers, the work allows symbolic and mediumistic material to emerge organically — sometimes through conversation, sometimes through image, dream, memory, or archetypal resonance.

Occasionally what arises carries the quality of encounter: moments where psyche, symbol, memory, and the possibility of spirit-contact intersect in ways that are meaningful, but never forced.

This process unfolds across time.

The Foundational Container is held as three sessions across approximately 6–8 weeks. It is not structured as three separate readings, but as one continuous arc of relational and symbolic development.

The pacing is deliberate.
Nothing is forced.
Material is allowed to unfold in its own timing.

pastedGraphic.png

Structure

• Three 90-minute sessions
• Held across 6–8 weeks
• Intentionally spaced to allow integration between sessions
• Brief integration email support available between sessions (for containment rather than ongoing processing)

This rhythm allows the relational field to stabilise and deepen gradually. Rather than seeking immediate resolution, the container supports unfolding, reflection, and integration over time.

pastedGraphic.png

What This Process Holds

Across the arc, this container supports:

• Establishing a stable relational field
• Allowing symbolic, imaginal, or mediumistic material to emerge organically
• Working with archetypal imagery and symbolic emergence as carriers of meaning
• Differentiating projection from authentic resonance
• Supporting grief, transition, or inner reorganisation
• Strengthening your capacity to hold meaning without urgency
• Integrating emotional and imaginal material safely

This is developmental work rather than rapid evidential delivery.
The emphasis is on resonance, integration, and psychological steadiness rather than performance or immediacy.

What the Work May Look Like

Each session unfolds relationally and at a natural pace.

We begin with context — where you are in your life, what is moving internally, and what may have surfaced since we last met.

As the relational field forms, symbolic or mediumistic material may begin to emerge. Sometimes this arises through direct perception, sometimes through dreams, imagery, memory, or archetypal symbolism.

At times tarot may be introduced as an archetypal language — not as prediction, but as a way of illuminating symbolic patterns and bringing unconscious material into shared awareness.

Material is offered tentatively and explored together rather than delivered with certainty or authority.

Within sessions there may be:

• Moments of stillness
• Emotional emergence
• Dream material revisited
• Symbolic imagery unfolding gradually
• Archetypal themes becoming visible
• Subtle shifts in perception
• Deepened self-understanding

Some sessions feel quiet.
Some feel emotionally active.
Some feel clarifying.

The work matures across time rather than arriving all at once.

Between Sessions: The Inner Work

The spaces between sessions are an essential part of this container. Internal enquiry supports the integration of what unfolds.

Often the psyche continues the work between sessions through dreams, symbolic imagery, emotional shifts, or unexpected moments of recognition in daily life.

You may notice:

• Dreams becoming more vivid
• Symbolic images appearing in unexpected places
• Emotional or bodily shifts
• Memories resurfacing
• Subtle relational changes

Giving form to what arises helps the psyche metabolise meaning.

This may include:

• Keeping a reflective diary
• Documenting dreams
• Sketching or writing symbolic material
• Noticing recurring themes
• Maintaining an open, curious dialogue with yourself

Sessions become places of integration rather than extraction.

The work deepens through attention rather than urgency.

pastedGraphic.png

What to Expect

You can expect:

• Slowed pacing
• Reflective dialogue
• Symbolic or mediumistic material offered lightly
• Emotional integration rather than stimulation
• A structured developmental arc across time

You should not expect:

• Performance-based delivery
• Certainty-driven declarations
• Forced contact
• Dramatic or rapid validation

Relational mediumship unfolds in its own rhythm.

pastedGraphic.png

Suitability & Requirements

This container is appropriate for individuals who:

• Are psychologically stable and not in acute crisis
• Are willing to engage across the full 6–8 week arc
• Understand this is developmental work
• Are not seeking proof as the primary aim
• Are open to paced symbolic exploration

This work may not be suitable for individuals experiencing:

• Active psychosis
• Severe dissociation
• Acute suicidality
• Immediate trauma destabilisation

Where appropriate, referral to clinical care may be recommended.

pastedGraphic.png

Professional Grounding

While relational mediumship is distinct from psychotherapy, this work is informed by formal psychotherapeutic and relational training.

This supports:

• Ethical pacing
• Psychological discernment
• Trauma sensitivity
• Clear scope boundaries

This container is not psychotherapy. However, it is held with psychological awareness and professional responsibility.

Investment

Three 90-minute sessions
Held across 6–8 weeks

Investment: $1,200

Payment plans are available if spreading the investment helps you enter the work with greater ease. Choosing a payment plan simply means committing to the full container in instalments.

Payment plan total: $1,320
3 instalments of $440

Instalments are processed automatically 7 days prior to each scheduled session. If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, remaining sessions may be cancelled and the container released so those times can be offered to others.

If any difficulties arise, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss options.

pastedGraphic.png

Completion

At the conclusion of the third session we assess together whether:

• The arc feels complete
• Seasonal container work is indicated
• Or the process has reached its natural resting point

There is no automatic extension.
Containers are intentional.

Relational mediumship matures in time.
This container allows that maturation to begin.

The Seasonal Relational Container

A four-month developmental arc for returning clients

This container is designed for clients who have already completed the Foundational Container and wish to continue the work in a longer developmental rhythm.

If you are new to working with me, you are invited to begin with the Threshold Session, where we can determine together whether the Foundational Container or another pathway is the right place to begin.

Alongside relational and somatic inquiry, this work intentionally includes imaginal space. Archetypal imagery, tarot as reflective mirror, and symbolic dialogue may be used to support what Jung described as the transcendent function — the psyche’s natural capacity to hold tension and generate new synthesis.

Tarot is not used predictively or performatively.
It is used relationally — as a symbolic instrument that helps unconscious material come into language, reflection, and integration.

This integrative braid of psychotherapy, relational depth, and imaginal process is a distinguishing feature of my work.

Relational mediumship, as I practice it, sits at the meeting point of depth psychology, symbolic imagination, and carefully held spirit communication — where meaning emerges through relationship rather than performance.

pastedGraphic.png

Structure

• Four-month container
• One 90-minute session per month
• Intentional integration between sessions
• Opening orientation
• Closing consolidation

The rhythm is deliberate.
The space between sessions is part of the work.

Nothing is rushed forward.

Choosing Your Season

You are invited to select the seasonal arc that most closely reflects your current internal landscape.

The seasons are not aesthetic themes.
They are developmental orientations.

Each container may include:

• Relational depth work
• Somatic awareness
• Symbolic and imaginal inquiry
• Archetypal reflection when appropriate

The symbolic dimension is not decorative.
It is structural to the work.

pastedGraphic.png

The Five Seasonal Arcs

Autumn — Discernment & Differentiation

For those sensing identity shedding or relational reorganisation.

You may find yourself:

  • Outgrowing roles or dynamics
  • Strengthening boundaries
  • Reclaiming internal authority

Autumn supports differentiation without collapse.

Work may include clarifying relational edges, releasing over-functioning patterns, and exploring archetypal imagery associated with endings and transition. Tarot may be used as a reflective mirror to illuminate what is falling away and what remains.

Autumn stabilises ground.

pastedGraphic.png

Winter — Depth & Interior Repatterning

For those moving through grief, quiet restructuring, or nervous system tenderness.

You may notice:

  • Withdrawal from performance
  • Emotional material surfacing slowly
  • A need for slowness and interior space

Winter honours depth.

Work may include grief integration, somatic regulation, dream material, and symbolic reflection that helps metabolise loss and renewal. The imaginal space in Winter can be especially potent — not as escape, but as a way of digesting experience.

pastedGraphic.png

Spring — Emergence & Articulation

For those sensing new identity forming.

You may feel:

  • A strengthening voice
  • Increased clarity
  • Readiness to speak from new ground

Spring supports coherent emergence.

Work may include naming internal shifts, strengthening relational positioning, and engaging symbolic imagery of renewal. Tarot may serve as an archetypal bridge between inner reorganisation and outer articulation.

Spring stabilises visibility without performance.

pastedGraphic.png

Summer — Embodiment & Sovereignty

For those consolidating strength and expansion.

You may notice:

  • Greater capacity
  • Desire to hold space more fully in your life
  • Integration of strength and presence

Summer supports embodied authority.

Work may include integrating strength with softness, sustaining visibility without burnout, and exploring archetypal imagery associated with sovereignty and mature leadership.

Summer is steady, not inflated.

pastedGraphic.png

Liminal — Threshold & Transcendent Function

For those inhabiting developmental crossings.

You may experience:

  • Multiple seasons active at once
  • Opposing forces coexisting
  • Identity reorganising without clear definition

The Liminal container explicitly supports the transcendent function — the psyche’s capacity to hold opposing tensions until new ground forms.

Work may include active imagination, threshold archetypes, tarot as symbolic bridge, and integration across seasons.

This space allows psyche and symbol to collaborate in generating synthesis.

pastedGraphic.png

Entry Criteria

This container is available to:

• Returning clients who have completed the Foundational Container
• Individuals not currently in acute crisis
• Those ready for sustained developmental depth

Because the work builds on an existing relational foundation, it assumes familiarity with the process and readiness to engage both psychologically and symbolically.

pastedGraphic.png

Entering the Work

Seasonal containers are intentionally limited so the relational field can remain spacious and attentive.

If you feel resonance with this work, the next step is to begin with a Threshold Session, where we can explore whether this container is the right developmental space for you at this time.

From there we will determine together the season that best reflects the work currently asking to unfold.
