Soul Centred Psychotherapy sessions are 90minutes.
We begin with approximately 60minutes to explore your experiences and gently unpack what arises. The final 30 minutes allow space for processing and integration, supporting whatever therapeutic needs emerge during the soul-centred psychotherapy session. Each online therapy session is intentionally structured to support emotional safety, reflection, and deeper healing.
Life happens — if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances at the time, there is no charge.
To respect your time and mine, a fee applies for missed psychotherapy sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This helps maintain the integrity and flow of the healing work we do together.
No referral is required to begin your online psychotherapy journey. You are welcome to book a session directly whenever you feel ready to begin your inner work.
While my work isn’t eligible for rebates or subsidies through a Mental Health Care Plan, my pricing is offered with care, holding space for your journey. It’s designed to support the work we do together — honouring the value of your healing and the depth of the soul-centred therapy we undertake.
All sessions are offered as online therapy via a secure and confidential platform. This allows you to experience the full benefits of soul-centred psychotherapy from the comfort of your own space, while maintaining a safe and supported connection.
Each online psychotherapy session offers a grounded, confidential space to slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your inner world. You’re invited to come as you are — there’s no need to prepare anything in advance. Together, we’ll follow what arises in the moment, allowing the process to unfold naturally.
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe and won’t be interrupted. You might like to have a cup of tea, journal, or anything that helps you settle. Many clients find it helpful to allow some quiet time after the session for reflection and integration, supporting the continuation of the healing work beyond our time together.
Many clients value the flexibility an ‘on-line’ session provides — allowing them to engage in soul-centred psychotherapy from the comfort of their own environment, without the need for travel or time constraints.
While ‘in-person’ sessions can be advantageous for certain modalities, such as muscle testing, many of these processes can still be effectively accessed and balanced online through alternative methods and corrections.
The rhythm of sessions varies for each person. Some clients benefit from weekly psychotherapy sessions, while others prefer a slower pace. We’ll explore together what feels most supportive for your process, allowing space for integration and rest between sessions.
Beginning therapy is a deeply personal decision. You’re welcome to start with an initial session to experience how we might work together. There’s no obligation to continue — only an invitation to explore whether this approach feels aligned for you at this time. Your complimentary 15-minute consultation can be booked via the Appointments page.
Psychotherapy is a relational and reflective process that invites you to explore your inner world — your thoughts, feelings, memories, and the subterranean patterns that shape your life.
Rather than offering quick solutions, it supports deep inner process and long-term transformation. In this space, you are gently guided toward self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more integrated sense of self.
At the heart of soul-centred psychotherapy lies the belief that healing involves every layer of your being — mind, body, and spirit. Through awareness, compassion, and curiosity, we explore the stories, felt sense, sensations held within you. Allowing what has been hidden or forgotten to be met, integrated, and transformed in the most optimal way, supporting all of who you are.
In our work together, therapy becomes less about “fixing” and more about remembering — remembering your wholeness, your resilience, and your capacity to meet life with presence and authenticity.
While many therapeutic modalities focus on symptom management or behaviour change, psychotherapy looks beneath the surface. It seeks to understand why certain feelings or patterns arise, and how they connect to your lived experience.
Rather than offering quick solutions, it supports deep understanding and long-term transformation. In this space, you are gently guided toward self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more integrated sense of self.
Here’s how it differs from other approaches:
- Counselling often offers short-term, solution-focused support — helping you navigate specific challenges or decisions. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, works more deeply and over time, exploring the roots of emotional pain and the unconscious patterns that shape your responses.
- Coaching tends to centre around goals, motivation, and action. Psychotherapy focuses on emotional healing, self-awareness, and integration — creating lasting internal change that naturally ripples into your outer world.
- Somatic or body-based therapies emphasise physical awareness and nervous system regulation. Soul-centred psychotherapy honours this connection, weaving body awareness with emotional and spiritual exploration.
Through this approach, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing — a safe, sacred space where insight and transformation can unfold naturally.

When You Feel the Stirring
Healing often begins in a whisper — a soft pull inward that says, something is ready to shift. You don’t need to arrive with certainty, only receptiveness.
This space offers a compassionate meeting place between what has been and what is becoming — a quiet returning to yourself.
